This is where you will finalize any upgrades or design modifications and sign off on the design with the final pricing in place.

On your behalf, we submit plans for HOA and permit approvals, a process that typically takes about two weeks. Once approved, we'll collect a 50 percent deposit before work begins.

At this point, any changes to the plan require a minimum change order of $500. We'll proceed with construction, which typically takes two to six weeks, depending upon the scope of the project. Your project manager will establish open communication with you and keep you updated on our progress. We welcome your questions at any time.

We'll walk through the finished project with you to ensure you're completely satisfied with our work. You'll receive a comprehensive project binder with warranties and care documentation. This is when we'll collect the final 50 percent payment.
